5 star hotel chef visits…
Every now and then our farm is visited by eggscellent customers who truly care about the quality of their product.
In November 2019 we had the honor to show the Sofitel chef and his team around the farm. As a visitor you get to wear proper farm clothes and you have to go through the bio security process of the farm.
Not only collecting eggs yourselves in one of the spacious barns but also getting to taste eggscellent omelets cooked by the farm manager’s wife, if you want to, is part of the tour. Dive into the idyllic, yet simple and rough countryside life for a couple of hours and get to know where the eggs you eat are being produced.
